What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery state, city, address and any delivery instructions you add. We also store the payment receipt you upload so we can verify your bank transfer.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to process, verify, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Orders, customer records and payment receipts are stored in our store system on https://admin.jcstore.ng. Receipts are attached to your order and are visible only to our team — they are not published on this website.
Your account and this device
Your bag and wishlist are saved in your browser on this device. If you create an account we set a signed, http-only session cookie so we can show you your own orders. That cookie contains no payment information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting purposes. Email admin@jcstore.ng and we will respond within a reasonable time.
